The Receptionist is often the first point of contact in the community. This position has the opportunity to make every interaction a positive experience with exceptional customer service. They regularly interact with residents, family members, visitors, and staff members and help make the day a little brighter for every person they come in contact with even if just for a moment.

Typical Activities
